Before Breakfast:
Before breakfast prepared lemon water. Squeeze one lemon in a glass of water and add sugar or salt of your choice. Drink it on an empty stomach daily for at least 10 days. Then eat breakfast after the half an hour from the time when you drink lemon water.
Breakfast:
It’s the best time to eat fruit in the morning. So eat fruits of your choice in morning breakfast like oranges, apple, pear, grapes etc. Add a handful of nuts, almonds, and hazelnuts in your breakfast.
Lunch:
In lunch, you can get meat slice, yogurt, and sour milk. But avoid creamy salads in lunch instead of that you can go for veggies with your meat slice.
Snack:
After some hour of lunchtime or in the evening you can get salad add salt and eat it instead of chips and chocolate.
Dinner:
In dinner take two half boiled eggs, green salad or cucumber salad with olive oil. And the most important thing is to consume your dinner before 6 pm.
After Dinner:
Prepare green tea in a 1L of water, and drink it before bedtime. Don’t drink it fully in one time just drink it between the time period 6 pm and your bedtime.
