Smoothies is a very tasty drink which condensed large amounts of fruits and vegetables. It is a complete mixture of delicious fruits, green vegetables, milk, yogurt and so on.

This is the only thing which is easily available in a mall, fast-food restaurants, coffee-shop and etc. Smoothies are mostly liked by kids as well as everybody likes smoothies.

Here are given some yummy & delicious smoothies:

Mango Smoothie:

Drink with mango and yoghurt

Ingredients:

    • 1 juice-packed cane pineapple chunks

 

    • 1 cube fat-free frozen vanilla yogurt

 

    • 1 ripe mango, peeled and chopped

 

    • 1 ripe banana, sliced

 

  • Crushed or cracked ice

 

Direction:

    • Combine the pineapple with juice, frozen yogurt, mango, and banana.

 

    • Blend until smooth.

 

    • With the blender running gradually drop in enough ice to bring the level up to 4 cups.

 

    • Blend until the ice is pureed.

 

Strawberry Mango Smoothie:

Ingredients:

      • 1 cup coconut milk

 

      • 1 banana, peeled, sliced, and frozen

 

      • 1 mango, skinned and chunked

 

      • 5 large strawberries, hulled

 

Direction:

      • Combine ingredients in blender and blend until smooth.

 

Creamsicle Orange Smoothie:

        • 1 navel orange, peeled

 

        • ¼ c fat-free half-and-half or fat-free yogurt

 

        • 2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate

 

        • ¼ tsp vanilla extract

 

        • 4 ice cubes

 

Direction:

        • Combine the orange, half-and-half or yogurt, orange juice concentrate, vanilla, and ice cubes.

 

        • Process until smooth.

 

Strawberry-Kiwi Smoothie:

Ingredients:

        • 1¼ c cold apple juice

 

        • 1 ripe banana, sliced

 

        • 1 kiwifruit, sliced

 

        • 5 frozen strawberries

 

        • 1½ tsp honey

 

Direction:

        • Combine the juice, banana, kiwifruit, strawberries, and honey. Blend until smooth.

 

Pineapple Banana Smoothie:

        • 1 light vanilla yogurt

 

        • 6 ice cubes

 

        • ½ med banana

 

        • 1 pineapple chunks

 

Direction:

        • Combine the yogurt and ice cubes. Blend, pulsing as needed until the ice is in large chunks.

 

        • Add the pineapple and blend at “whip” speed until smooth.
