1. NEEM LEAVES
As we know that Neem has many medicinal properties and used for many purposes in the medical field. In Ayurveda Neem leaves or Neem oil used as a purifying agent for diseases and it should be applied on dengue fever take a wettish warm cloth and make some dose of between 15 -60 grams and use it 2-3 times in a day. But it is strictly prohibited for both males as well as females who are seeking pregnancy.
2. CORIANDER LEAVES
The coriander leaves easily available in your kitchen because it is used for garnishing your food and giving a good smell & taste to your food. The juice of coriander leaves you can be taken as a tonic to reduce the fevers in dengue.
Water is very useful for our body. In today’s time, there are many diseases occur due to less quantity of water in your body. So, drink as much water as you can in this way you definitely replace fluid loss. And really, it will help to bring down your body temperature which will be better for you.
It is advised in Ayurveda use fruits in your diet which are rich in vitamin C like Amla, Lemon, Orange and so on. Because vitamin C helps to absorb the iron in your body in a better way.
Chyavanprash acts as an immune booster for your body which is also helpful to purify your blood and increase the count of blood. It can save you from high temperature and gives energy to your body.
6. BOILED TULSI OR BASIL LEAVES
Boiled tulsi which is basil leaves have many medicinal properties which strengthen the internal system against fever and it can be used in two directions. So, the first is that you can use basil leaves in a warm drink and served as a tea. This can prevent you from dengue fever. You can prepare it in this way firstly boiled the 200ml water on low heat. When half the quantity is left it can be taken 2-3 times a day. And the another direction is that you should be chewed 10-15 basil leaves twice in a day which strengthens your defense mechanism.
7. AVOID SOLID FOOD
It should be better for you as much as you can avoid eating solid foods until the fever is gone. You can use liquid items mostly like distilled water and/or juices.
The juice of Papaya is a natural cure for dengue fever. You can also use leaves of papaya for the purpose of prevention from dengue. Take 2 raw papaya leaves are pounded, and they are squeezed with a cloth to strain and filter the juice. Usually, one leaf gives one tablespoonful of juice and two tablespoonfuls of papaya juice are sufficient for a day. To preserve its strength, the juice should be taken raw, without altering, boiling or any additions. No caps nor stems of the papaya leaf should be included only the leaf should be crushed. The powerful ‘Papain’ enzyme in the papaya leaf has the ability to dissolve proteins and is already used for indigestion and stomach inflammation while another enzyme from the papaya leaf, ‘Chymopapain’ is used successfully in spinal treatment.
9. TULSI LEAF
Tulsi is a medicinal herb which has very useful properties for many diseases and you can use it for the natural cure of dengue fever. Take 10 Tulasi leaves and one black pepper then grind it and make pea size pills, use it with water.
Dhatura is the Ayurvedic version of the belladonna. The dhatura leaves have potency in reducing the seriousness of the dengue fevers. But the dose must be approx 2 decigrams if it exceeds then it will lead to severe negative symptoms.
11. POMEGRANATE JUICE
For increases blood count in your body, you can use pomegranate juice twice in a day or you can use also black grape juice which is also best to recover blood count.
12. ORANGE JUICE
Orange riched with vitamin C which is very useful for the prevention from dengue fever. It helps with digestion, increased urinary output, promotes antibodies for faster healing and recovery.
13. CASSIA ROOT
The root of the cassia tree has medicinal properties and it is used to prevention from fever. So you can use as a tonic of cassia root juice for reducing dengue fever.
14. FENUGREEK LEAVES
Fenugreek leaves are used as herbal tea which helps to reduce fevers. This drink acts as a soothing and cleansing tea for the human system.
Hogweed is used to bring down temperatures. Hogweed produces plenty of sweat after some time which flushes the toxins and brings the fever down.
