1. Sausage Omelette

Ingredients:

  • Any sausage

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 onions

  • 1 tomatoes

  • 3-4 chillies

  • 4 cheese slices

  • 1 teaspoon oil

How To Prepare It?

  • Cut the sausages into thin slices and then fry it.

  • Finely chopped onion, tomato, and chilli.

  • Crack eggs and put it in a bowl and add the finely chopped onions, tomatoes, chilli and salt into it.

  • Put oil in a frying pan and pour mixture into pan.

  • 4 Potatoes

  • 1 mint leaves

  • 1 onions

  • 3-4 chilli

  • bread slices

  • Cheese slices

  • 2 tablespoon oil

  • salt


How To Prepare It?

  • Boil the potatoes with salt.

  • Grind the mint leaves in the grinder.

  • Chop the onions, chillies into small pieces.

  • Pour oil into a frying pan and add chilli then onions and cook them till golden colour after that adding mint leaves mixture and cook them for 2 minutes.

  • Add potato and then mash the mixture and fry it till the golden colour and at last add salt into it.

  • Take two bread slices keep cheese slices into it and the mixture of potatoes.

  • 4 eggs

  • 1 onions

  • 3-4 chillies

  • 1 tomato

  • 4 tortillas

  • olive oil

  • baked beans

  • salt


How To Prepare It?

  • Finely chopped onions, tomatoes, and chillies.

  • Break eggs into a bowl and blend it with the chopped onions, tomatoes, and chillies.

  • Pour oil in a frying pan and pour the bowl mixture into it and cook it.

4. Oats Uttapam

  • 1/2 cup Oats

  • ½ cup Rava

  • 1 onions

  • 3-4 chilli

  • a handful of Coriander leaves

  • a handful of Curry leaves

  • 1 cup Curd

  • Oil

  • salt


How To Prepare it?

  • Grind the oats and add curd, rava along with salt. Mix it and keep it undisturbed for 30 minutes.

  • Add water to get dosa-batter consistency.

  • Mix the onions, chilli, coriander and curry leaves separately.

  • Add this mixture to batter and mix it well together and add salt if necessary.

  • Heat a pan with oil and pour the oats-batter and spread it evenly.

  • Cover it and cook it on low flame for 2 minutes and turn it after few seconds.

  • Use the oil if needed and serve it with chutney of ketchup.


5. Chocolate Sandwich

If you have kids in your home then you can try this one. It’s very delicious and tasty.

Ingredients:

  • Bread slices

  • Nutella

  • Butter

  • Candied sprinkles or strawberry chunks

  • How To Prepare It?

    • Apply the thin coat of butter on both sides of bread slices.

    • Pour few drops of oil in a pan and toast the bread slices till they appear golden brown.

    • Apply Nutella as required.

    • Apply it on the top if you want and add sprinkles and available fruits.
