5)Banana Sheera Recipe-

banana sheera

1.1 cup roasted semolina/suji/rava
2.2-3 chopped bananas
3.8-10 chopped or sliced almonds or cashews
4.10-12 raisins
5.2-3 cardamoms powder
6.3 tbsp oil or ghee
7.5-6 tbsp sugar(add as required)
8.A pinch of saffron, crushed
9.21/2 cups hot water or hot milk

1.Heat oil in a pan.
2.Add pre roasted semolina and fry for 2-3 minutes till they semolina starts getting fragrant & don’t brown the semolina.
3.Add chopped bananas and stir.
4.Add the hot water or milk and the dry fruits. stir.
5.Add sugar and stir. simmer for 2-3 minutes.
6.Now add the saffron. stir and simmer for 2-3 minutes more.
7.Serve banana sheera & enjoy it in diwali occasion.
