  • Firstly wash all the vegetables and chopped them finely.

  • Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan and add chopped onion, ginger, garlic into them and heat it for 2 minutes.

  • Then add chopped french beans and sliced mushrooms and heat them until it gets browned color.

  • Make a paste of corn starch and water.

  • Once the mushrooms get brown color add carrots, cabbage into it and then cook it on high flame for 2-3 minutes.

  • Take a large bowl and add pork, shrimp, sugar, wine, soy sauce, 1teaspoon chopped green onion, ginger and blend it and keep it aside for 25-30 minutes.
