4. Whole Wheat Honey Apple Toast

Ingredients:

1.2 slices of whole grain wheat toast

2. 1/2 cup of ricotta cheese

3. 1 apple, sliced thinly

4. 2 teaspoons honey

Preparation:

1. Toast the bread to your desired toastiness.

2. Let it cool slightly.

3. Spread half of the ricotta on each piece of toast.

4. Spread half of the thin apple slices over the ricotta cheese.

5. Drizzle the honey over the top of the apples.
