6. Chocolate Peanut Butter Protein Shake
Ingredients:
1. 1 1/2 cups of milk
2. 2 scoops of Chocolate Protein Powder
3. 1 Tablespoon PB fit, Peanut Butter powder, or substitute 1 scant Tablespoon peanut butter
4. 1/2 cup Old Fashioned Oats
5. 4 ice cubes
Preparation:
1. Combine all of the ingredients in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Serve with a smoothie straw for easier drinking.
