Do These 8 Yoga Poses Before Go to Bed-6

DIRECTIONS:

1. Being by lying on your stomach with your elbows bent to the side.

2. From this position you gently lift up your torso by pushing your hands against the ground.

3. Make sure your elbows are directly under your shoulders.

4. You should feel slight pressure in your lower back.

5. Relax your shoulders and don’t tense up your back and upper body. Soften everything and stay relaxed.
